Job Description

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (8-15 hours per week, flexible over 3-5 days). This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition and the optimization of our recruiting processes to support our mission of creating a highly engaged and effective team

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and processing references.
  • Manage the onboarding and induction process for new starters to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Oversee the biannual performance review logistics.
  • Maintain digital employee records and ensure the accuracy of all employee data.
  • Coordinate HR-related events, schedule meetings, and maintain agendas.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience focused on recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law, or other related fields are advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems; experience with ELMO is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work within tight timeframes.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a thirst for knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Google suite of products.
